Abdominal Pain

Ouch! I have been suffering from horrible cramps for the last 24 hours of escalating severity. I don't usually get a lot of menstral cramps, so this is out of the ordinary for me. I think I ovulated about a week ago, so it seems too early for AF. Ohh, so bloated! I eat a pretty healthy diet, so I don't think it GI related. Wouldn't I be embarrassed if it's just gas!

    I'm sorry about the cramps! :( I hope you get some relief soon. Listen to your body, don't ignore it or let it go on too long...hopefully it is just gas-LOL

    I'm sorry you are having pain. Hopefully it's nothing serious but @Kc1212 is right listen to your body. Oh and sometimes I feel like that if I get busy and don't drink enough water.

    Drink water and keep eating if you can! I just went through something similar and ended up in the ER twice last week for dehydration! The doctors think it was an icky stomach virus. :(
